By booking services with Lasting Touch, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

Lasting Touch is committed to delivering a high-quality cleaning experience. As our services are labor-based and performed in real time, refunds are not issued for completed services.

​

If you are dissatisfied with a specific area of service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. Where appropriate, we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.

​

This policy does not apply to pre-existing damage, permanent staining or discoloration, normal wear and tear, areas outside the agreed scope of service, or conditions arising after service completion.
